Compliance controls

DialDozer provides technical controls, not legal advice. Your organization remains responsible for consent, calling windows, message content, retention, and jurisdiction-specific requirements.

Available controls

  • system and campaign DNC checks during import and outreach

  • A2P brand and campaign registration for SMS
  • append-only lead-source compliance attestations and evidence
  • GDPR-oriented lead export/deletion controls in VICIdial
  • recording and log archival/purge utilities

Automated workflows pass the same communications compliance gate as a human send. A2P_ENFORCE defaults on; disabling it removes a software gate but does not remove external carrier or legal obligations.

Carrier lookup is not a consent system and cannot establish TCPA compliance. Keep evidence of consent and obtain qualified legal review before production outreach.
