Booking and Field CRM

Agents can book from configured calendars and available slots without leaving the call workspace. Native calendars define booking rules; campaigns using them select the native calendar backend. GoHighLevel booking remains an integration option where configured.

Changing calendars invalidates the previous slot selection so a hidden stale time cannot be submitted against the wrong calendar. Appointment records then feed the Field CRM.

Field users work from Schedule and Pipeline views. Appointment events record changes such as assignment, notes, status updates, and uploaded photos. Closers and inspectors can manage their work; partner_admin users can assign team members, view partner reports, and manage white-label assets.

The field thread merges the same lead conversation history agents see, keeping calls and messages attached to the contact rather than copied into a second inbox.
