Workflows and reporting

The workflow builder creates draft or active flows from triggers, conditions, delays, and actions. Implemented actions include SMS, email, voicemail drop, status changes, assignment, team notification, webhook delivery, and adding a lead to the hopper.

flow_cron.php evaluates due work every minute. Activity pages expose individual executions. Sends still pass opt-out, DNC, A2P, and quiet-hour checks.

Reporting surfaces

  • Reports: calls today/week, talk time, sales, disposition, agent, and list summaries
  • Call Log: searchable calls and recording playback/download
  • KPI Dashboards: reusable dimensions and campaign/list/source filters
  • Call QA and Benchmarks
  • Field CRM partner reports
  • Data Export/Warehouse for scheduled downstream analysis

Reporting scope follows organization/campaign access. Treat cron health and warehouse storage as separate operational dependencies.
