Agent workspace

Agents sign in, choose an active campaign, and begin paused. Starting work serves campaign leads into a workspace that keeps the call script, contact details, booking controls, and wrap-up actions together.

  1. Select a campaign and start.
  2. Review the served lead before dialing.
  3. Place a manual call or use campaign power dialing.
  4. Use mute, hold, keypad, and hang-up controls while connected.
  5. Save a disposition, callback, appointment, notes, and script answers during wrap-up.
  6. Continue to the next eligible lead.

Reload recovery preserves server-owned call identity. Dialing and disposition state remain authoritative on the backend; clients should not invent queue order or report a write as complete before confirmation.

The workspace also links to Conversations, Performance, Call History, Tasks, Activity, team rooms, and profile/break controls. Administrators can configure campaign scripts and sidebar sections.
