Campaigns and leads

Campaigns bind lists, scripts, pacing, dispositions, routing, and agent availability. The unified admin surface supports outbound, inbound, and blended campaign types; advanced VICIdial settings remain available through the classic settings link.

Campaign setup

• Create a stable campaign ID, name, dial method, hopper level, and active state.
• Attach one or more lists. Each list belongs to a campaign.
• Assign scripts, dispositions, sidebars, calendars, and calling numbers as needed.
• Hide a campaign from the agent picker without deleting it, or archive it when historical records must remain.

Lead operations

Use Contacts to search and edit individual leads and inspect their calls, appointments, events, and communications. Use Lead Sources and Load Leads for bulk import, column mapping, source attribution, DNC checks, deduplication, and optional carrier lookup. Scrub failures keep any lead not confirmed as dropped.

Inbound campaigns add routing/buyer, tracking-number, and payout panels. Campaigns with linked call history or tracking pools have guarded deletion paths; archive them instead.
